Zunyi Lianfeng silica fume also called microsilica or condensed silica fume. It is produced by a large number of highly volatile SiO₂ and Si gases in the ore thermal furnace. After gas emission, it is rapidly oxidized and condensed into the air. It is a by-product of ferrosilicon or silicon metal smelting, the whole process needs to be recycled with dust removal environmental protection equipment. Because the bulk density is low, it also needs to be densified with densification silo equipment.
